Kennett's Industrial Park is located within the city limits, on MO Hwy 25 at Progress Drive. The 116 acre park is home to American Railcar Industries, Custom Steel, C&C Cartage, Skeeter-Kell Sporting Goods & Distribution, Frey Farms Produce LLC and Cotton Boll Sheltered Workshop.

The Industrial Park is adjacent to an additional 120 acres of privately-owned land, also available for sale. Not far from the Kennett Industrial Park are two large sites suitable for industrial purposes. One is the Compress, with 80 acres adn nearly 400,000 square feete of warehouse space in nine buildings. The other is the Emerson Site with 30 acres and a 270,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Both of these sites have full city services and the owners are willing to divide the property.
